The recreational helmet diving (underwater walk)®

Strong and simple, our helmets work everywhere around the world, with everyone...

If you provide water !

How it works ?

Divers wear a helmet attached to an air cord linked to a mechanical air compressor and filtering system on the surface. The surface air is filtered and then pumped down to the divers.
Unlike traditional scuba diving, Helmet Diving ® enables you to breathe through your nose and mouth as you would above water.
Helmet Diving ® also allows you to keep your face and hair dry, so you can even wear glasses or contact lenses (if required) for your underwater walk ®.

What does Helmet Diving® consist for ?

The helmet divers walk along the sea bed accompanied by a guide. Operators usually stop close to a coral reef where divers will get a close-up view of marine life.
The time underwater is typically 20 ~ 30 minutes. Many of the diving operations and many of the cruise ships visiting the best islands destinations offer helmet diving as part of their shore excursion program, as this activity is really open to everyone.

An experience not to be missed !

Helmet Diving ® is a magical experience that can be enjoyed by the whole family, including kids and grand-parents.
Come face to face with the exceptional beauty of the marine life, from the comfort of your own personal diving helmet.
Ideal for both swimmers and non-swimmers, Helmet Diving ® is an amazing and quiet "underwater walking adventure".

- Helmet Diving ® is a magical experience that can be enjoyed by the whole family -
"After donning a wetsuit and straping on a pair of booties, placing a huge space bubble type of helmet on your head, you are ready to meet the fish.
You go down inside the sea... you feel totally disconnecyed from your body, which almost doesn't weigh anything like if you was a cosmonaut on the moon ! although an instructor will help to guide you along a rail, among the coral and a lot of fish.

"Schools of brightly coloured fish stream by your helmet, brushing past your hands and feet and nibbling your fingers as you feed them with chunks of soggy bread. The feeling is quite surreal, particularly as you weightlessly bounce and glide among the fish and coral, observing the unique marine life from the sanctuary of your bubble. You can't help but laugh in wonder and amazement at the beauty of the cool, quiet sea and the frenzied fish".

"This is an experience that will leave you smiling for days".
