These separated compressor units provide continuous air delivery with reserve air supply system*.
*Please, pay attention: Every 4-5 years we have a new crop of people who believe they have re-invented the wheel.
DO NOT USE SCUBA TANKS connected to a compressor or to a control panel for emergency usage with any shallow water dive helmets: they will not supply enough air to the divers and the valves tanks will be freezing (if not set up to a dry suit, helmets use a free-flow design, this means the air is delivered at constant rate regardless of the diver's breathing, then scuba tank works with an air debit « on demand » depending of the divers' breathing). That is a basic consideration for your safety in case of air supply emergency.

* We do not advise the use of Aluminium in Marine area, the electrolysis is bound to happen.
For your convenience, maybe will you choose a single air line running from your compressor/control panel to a Stainless Steel floating manifold (up to 8 outlets), which will distribute the air flow to your helmets. The system can be duplicate infinite if your compressors can supply enough air: this Helmet Diving® system allow you to have different groups of helmet divers in the water, at the same time and to call them back at any time, regardless of each other group, but not from each other diver inside a group (excepted if they stay close enough from their departure point). Hoses length is not extensible!*
We provide Optional Stainless Steel manifolds* + SS valves and floating devices + Alpha diving flags.
*The use of floating manifold(s) reduce partially the number of hookah hoses running from the main surface control panel to the helmets, but it doesn't allow a single diver from a group to come back to his departure base, at any time, with the helmet and without the others (his Hookah hose could be too short if the other divers are far away from the departure base).
The floatting manifold fits to the safe use of a lift to descend different groups of divers from the surface to the seabed, under the above restriction. Without any Floating Manifold, a helmet can come back to the departure base at any time, with the lift, regardless of the other helmet-divers position and number. That is important and must be clarified.

Available in standard length of 25 metres and 10 mm internal bore (special lenght hoses are available on request).
Supplied and fitted with reusable hose ends and quick couplings (see below).
Hookah hose can also be fitted (on request) with appropriate SSBA Fittings which will have to be screwed and unscrewed to the helmets and control panel (no quick coupling).
Type : Safety yellow reinforced non toxic breathing air hose conforming to AS2299 & AS1716
Reinforcing : Terylene braid with longitudinal supports along the entire lenght of the hose
Outer : U.V. & kink resistant PVC for long life
Structure : 10 mm internal diameter and 16,6 mm outside diameter. 4,75 kg per 25 m. Working pressure 2500 KPa (360 PSI).

The parallel fittings (above) are used on the safety coupling bodies. The area marked with an arrow is the location of a raised surface seat ; this allows for a direct metal to metal seat and does not stress the thread in the coupling body.
Material : Naval Brass alloy 486. Working pressure is 360 PSI (25 Bar).

These couplings are well known among professional divers as being a safe and reliable solution for hose connection whether it be diving line to compressor or diving line to regulator assembly.
Having a safety lock mechanism, the body complies with AS2299 for diving use.
Safety Body : Nickel & Chrome plated brass. Stainless steel balls & springs.
Plug in : 316 Stainless steel body.

The female body is internally valved and comprises chrome plated brass body with stainless steel, brass and zinc internal valve parts. Disconnection of male coupling closes the internal valve mechanism preventing free flow of air.
A safety lock ring set by the diver prevents accidental uncoupling of fittings during diving operations.

The nipple is internally valved and features a stainless steel body with stainless steel, brass and zinc internal valve parts. Being internally valved, air flow is shut off after the nipple is disconnected from the Tema® body which also prevents flooding. Once again expect years of trouble free operation from this item.

Tema coupling dust caps which will help keep grit and moisture out of the fittings when not in use.

Not enough marine life in your area ?
We have the solution : we provide you with artificial reefs, which consist in an underwater steel structure (no pollution), light, easy to move and to install, onto which the marine life (coral and fish) is coming and growing up after only 3 months.
The purpose of these artificial reefs, installed at the divers'eyes level, is to provide hard surfaces to which algae and invertebrates, such as barnacles, corals, oysters, etc. attach ; the accumulation of attached marine life in turn provides intricate structure and food assemblages of fish. One could experience that fish are staying very quickly (a week) under raised structures (including floating platform).
Our artificial reefs will resist to the surge, current or wave.
If required, we can install these reefs throughout South and North Pacific (2 divers can instal them, easily, without any lifting device).

*We manufacture a Helmet dive-platform with a lift (up to 8 divers + guide) to descend the divers on the sea bed, air pipes and manifold integrated to the structure. This system allows to save a lot of time for descents and ascents, it is very friendly and it is much easier for poeple to relax and equalize. It is also possible to stop the dive in full water (deep dive site).
14 m x 6 m (steel) this dive-platform is very steady even if the sea is rough, it avoids equipment handling and allows a very professional diving service, poeple getting interest with the activity and your customers getting a very confident feeling with helmet diving®.
This dive-platform can be used for scuba diving beginners and snorkeler, it will make their feeling secure and will be very helpful to start the dive in clear water, with many fishes around (marine life likes staying under the platform).
