Purchase:

• Set of 6 or 8 helmets + hookah hoses & fittings + Control Panel + Air Delivery System + U/W Guide Bar, including helmet dive guide training (3 days).
• Optional features include: Petrol or Diesel Air Compressor driven, floating SS Manifold, screwed SSBA fittings, Stand for hookah hoses, U/W rail, U/W communication, artificial reefs, surface and U/W dive support, anchoring systems, flyers for advertisement, U/W photography or video training.
• Life warranty* (workmanship or defects) for all helmets
  12 months warranty* for all accessories, fittings and compressor units.

*Does not include normal wear and cost of freight, which shall be borne entirely by customer.

• Terms: 50% upon order placement, balance F.O.B. Factory.
• Delivery: 8 to 10 weeks after receipt of order*.

* We can deliver all equipment and install the activity (u/w rails, platform, artificial reefs, anchoring, etc...) with our own vessel, throughout South and North Pacific.

License*:

• Initial License Fee: AU$86,000.00
  Including : a set of 8 helmets + fittings + hoses + control panel + compressor(s) + guide bar
  and including an Automatic Unit Replacement Program (AUR).
• Minimum monthly Royalty : AU$6,800.00 or Royalty Fee per Paid Use of the equipment** : 10 AU$, whichever is greater minimum.
• Term: 5 years, renewable in five additional year increments.
• Automatic Unit Replacement (AUR): During the term of the license, Helmet Diving® will provide spare parts,
  replacement components, or assemblies, that are not functioning properly, or require replacement due to normal wear from proper use. Replacement does not include the cost of freight. Complete details are available within Helmet Diving® AUR Agreement.

* No transfert of equipment ownership to license.
** For said Factory Maintenance Program, the Operator shall provide a report of the monthly paid use of the Helmet Diving® equipment (Activity summary form is provided within the contract).

Insurance:

PADI insurer and DAN insurers cover this activity without any extra cost.
